Dispatch
We send our products with an insured and tracked courier service, with a delivery time of 7 to 10 days. We strive to ship packages within 48 hours of ordering. The tracking number will be communicated to you as the package is sent. If you want to receive the package sooner, please contact us at the following address: team@ilboscodiegam.com
Returns
Returns can be made within 30 days from the date of receipt. Product must be in the same condition that you received it, and not damaged in any way. You must return all elements of the product (box, jewelry, cards and optional chain). You have the right to request a refund only if the redemption code is not used, as the tree is part of the product identity. If you use the code, the return request will not be accepted.

We will check the product, if the conditions are met, we will refund within 10 days of the date of receipt. Payment will be issued to the original payment method you used when purchasing.
Cancellation of a purchase
You can cancel your order within 48 hours of your purchase by contacting our customer service. After this time, we will proceed with the shipment. At this point, the only option is to use the return policy above.
Associated trees
Il bosco di Egam entrusts its partners with tree planting, control and monitoring. Each product is associated with a single tree, and allows its "adoption" by the customer. Adoption does not authorize the moving, cutting or general modification of the conditions of the tree itself, and does not constitute title to possession.
