Shipping
We offer 2 different shipping: normal 7/10 days free of charge for european destinations, and fast delivery 3/5 days, with an extra costo of 10€. Tariff and delays might apply depending on your location considering the current world we live in.
We aim to ship the parcels after 48h from the order, if the product is available. Custom or back order items might take longer and delay will be comunicated separately
For the time being we ship to the following countries.
Germany, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France (excluding overseas territories), Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland.
Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Czech Rep., Estonia, Finland, Gibraltar, Greece, Guernsey, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Jersey, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Latvia, Malta, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Spain & Canary Islands, the Vatican, Canada.
For Luxembourg, personal devivery can be organised, especially over Christmas period.
Returns
Returns can be made within 30 from the receiving date. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it, and not damaged in any way.
You must send back all the product elements (box, jewel, dust bag and chains and cords) to the following adress.

We will check the product, if the conditions are met, proceed to refund. The payment will be issued to the original payment method you have used during the purchase.
Cancelling a purchase
You can cancel within 48 hour from your purchase. contacting our customer service. After this time is passed, we will proceed with the shipping.
At this point, the only option is to use the return policy above.
Associated trees
Il bosco di Egam entrusts its partners with the tree planting, monitoring and follow up. Each product is associated with a single tree, some of them have a unique location (single tree pendant) and order share a portion of forest (parcel of) land. We create a jewel for each tree, so if the parcel has 15 trees, your jewel will be numbered according to the available trees i.e x/15. Once the parcel is completed, the numbers will not be associated with other trees, thus ensuring a limited edition jewel.
The adoption certificate indicate where your tree is located, and further inquiry can also provide the id of the single tree linked to you jewel.
The adoption certificate does not authorize the movement, cutting or general modification of the conditions of the tree itself, and does not constitute a title of possession.
