Sales and Shipping

We send our products with a tracked courier service, with a delivery time of 7 to 10 days.

A tracking number is provided when the package is sent. If you wish to receive the package earlier, please contact us at the following address: team@ilboscodiegam.com

Returns

Returns can be made within 30 days of the date of receipt.

You must request the return at team@ilboscodiegam.com and return all product elements (box, jewelry, cards and optional chain) to the address: Il bosco di Egam SARLs- Resi, 4 Rue A Laangert, L8117 Bertrange Luxembourg.

The product contains a tree adoption code associated with the jewel, the code must not be used.

Refunds are provided within 10 days of receipt, to the original payment method you used for the purchase.

Reimbursement is guaranteed if:

The product is in the same condition that you received it, and is not damaged in any way;
The adoption code is not used because the tree is part of the product identity. If you use the code, the return request will not be accepted.

We will check the product, if the conditions are met, we will proceed to the refund.

Cancellation of a purchase

You can cancel your order within 48 hours of your purchase by contacting our customer service. After this time, we will proceed with the shipment. At this point, the only option is to use the return policy above.

Associated trees

Il bosco di Egam entrusts its partners with the planting of trees, the control and monitoring of the plants.

Each product is associated with a single tree, and allows its “adoption” by the customer.

Adoption does not authorize the moving, cutting or general modification of the conditions of the tree itself, and does not constitute a title of possession.
