MY Jewel
What do I receive? The parcel contains the jewel box, protected for shipping.
The box includes the jewel of your choice, a dust bag to protect it, and 4 cards including your leaf caracteristic and your tree adoption certificate.
What are your jewels made of? We create jewels with 925 nickel free silver following the highest standards of EU regulations.
Our jewels are produced by Emanuela in her family laboratory in Modena, and completed in Luxembourg by Eloise and Erell. Other elements of the jewels may include use cotton silk or nylon cord for our bracelets, glass beads and gold, pink gold and black rodium plating for the colored leafs.
Quality, warranty and maintenance
Our jewels are created to last, this is why we ensure a minimum of 10 years warranty on your pendants, rings, keychains, earrings and 2 years on bracelets and color cords.
Satin finish surface might change over time, this is part of the natural life of your pendant.
Tarnish, blacking and oxidation might happen if silver is in contact with cleaning products, clorine (i.e. swimming pool) thermal water or perfume, to ensure the shine of your jewel we suggest to wash it in warm water and mild soap, rinse and dry with soft cloth without scratching.

Do You Plant the trees yourself
No, unless they are in our garden. We know very well the effort it takes to plant and maintain a tree for the first 5 years aof their life, this is wy we ensure that professionals are planting and maintaining our trees.
We partner with Treedom, for trees planted across the world such as coffe, cocoa, and with Ecotree.green for the tres planted in Europe such as oaks and Hazelnuts.
We ensure that our trees are planted in projects that ensure the weelbeing of the plant and have a positive impact on the community around.
Where are the trees
Our trees are planted with different providers that ensure us that they are:
really planted in a project that has environmental impact before the jewel is produced.
someone who can ensure the tree maintenance for the first 3 to 5 years of it’s life,
indicate the exact location of the tree and provide regular updates.
Our current forest is spread across the word including Africa, Latin america (specially for coffee and cocoa trees) and Europe (France and Danemark). We currently collaborate with Ecotree.green and Treedom, and we are always looking for new partners.
How and where do we ship
We offer 2 different shipping: normal 7/10 days free of charge for european destinations, and fast delivery 3/5 days, with an extra costo of 10€.
